*We offer our after sales service only for products purchased from us. Service charges apply to products outside the warranty period:

• For products younger than 2 years from the date of delivery and of which the defects are covered by the legal warranty: no service costs.

• For products older than 2 years from the date of delivery: Opening the service file is €60. This does not include any extra material costs and service costs for solving the problem.  

• Not bought from us: We do not offer a service for this, please contact the company where you bought the goods.
